SPECIFICATIONS:

Art Requirements :

• We only accept .png, .pdf, .eps, and .svg files
• Please size your file to the exact dimensions you would like it printed at for best print quality.
• If your file is a PNG make sure it is 300dpi for best print quality.
• Make sure your image has a transparent background. We will not reprint if your image uploaded does not have a transparent background. If you need the background removed please order your transfers by size.
• Files must be CMYK or RBG. CMYK is preferred.
• No Pantone's - any file that includes a Pantone color will not print accurately. Convert all Pantone's to CMYK or RGB ink builds.
• We will not reprint jobs if you use Pantone colors. We do not color match.
• We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality.
• If you would like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.
